A DELICIOUS — DINNER
Working with iconic food magazine Delicious, we were tasked to create a mid-Winter Tasmanian feast in the heart of Sydney, with the best of Tassie produce, hospitality and atmosphere, to promote the Island as a winter tourist destination. Taking cues from infamous celebrations such as Dark Mofo we had apple hot toddies served around roaring fire pits on arrival, before our host forest spirits lured guests through to a seated dinner.
Moving past open fire cooking stations, guests were seated in a vintage canvas tent on communal wooden tables, and served a rustic banquet by renowned, Hobart-based chef David Moyle. As dinner concluded, a ‘punkabilly’ band played into the night, allowing guests time to mingle at the Tasmanian whisky bar and plan their next holiday south!
